Covid Restrictions on Religious Gatherings Justified Under Section 1 of the Charter

Well, so far there you have it. The case is a very interesting topical read. The petitioners may have made an error in how they proceeded on bringing their charter complaint to the Court. In any event, after an extensive Section 1 analysis, Chief Justice Hinkson held that restrictions on religious gatherings were justified.
